Yes — every device is sourced through authorised channels and checked before it's listed. We don't sell clones or counterfeit units.

Do I have to pay online?

No. Payment is collected on delivery — cash, EcoCash, InnBucks, or OneMoney. There's no deposit or online payment required to place an order.

How fast is delivery in Harare?

Orders placed before 2PM typically arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Orders placed after 2PM are delivered the next day.

Can I order from outside Harare?

Yes — we ship nationwide via DHL. We'll confirm delivery timing and any shipping fee with you before dispatch.

What if the colour I want is out of stock?

Product pages show which colours are currently verified in stock. If your preferred colour isn't available, WhatsApp us — we're often able to source it or suggest the closest alternative.

What warranty do I get?
